You will exchange your tickets for wristbands at the ticket booth. By showing these wristbands to festival staff will allow you to re-enter the venue. If you are not wearing your wristband at any time, whatever the reason may be, you will not be able to re-enter the venue.


• The Main stage of this festival, located in the Baseball Stadium, is sectioned off by the standing area and stands. We have no fixed seating charts. Due to safety regulations of the stadium, once a section reaches its maximum capacity, audiences that arrive later will be asked to fill in the following section. If and when maximum capacity for the standing section is reached, audiences that arrive later will be asked to sit in the stands by safety personnel or festival staff members.
  
  
  • In some instances, safety personnel or festival staff may ask audience members to move to the stands due to the safety regulations of the Baseball Stadium. Please keep in mind that if and when an audience member disrupts the harmony or causes trouble when asked to move sections by a festival staff member, he/ she will be expelled from the event.

  This festival takes place over a long period of time. Be Safe! Please wear clothes that suitable for all weather and pay special attention to any symptoms of flu, heat and sun exposure.
• 
  Due to the nature of the event, there is possibility that the list of performers may change or cancel, in which case no refunds will be issued.
• 
  Individuals found entering the event unlawfully will be taken into police custody. Compensation for such actions will be charged.
• 
  Audio and/or visual recording of performers is strictly forbidden due to copyright laws. Electronic equipments such as cameras, cell phones, video cameras, mp3 players or tape recorders If caught with any of these items, the equipment in use will be confiscated and you will be expelled from the event. In accordance to the severity of the circumstances, we may take you into police custody.
  
  Ice coolers, parasols, mats, cans, glass bottles and flammable items (e.g. fireworks) are strictly prohibited. Articles prohibited by the organizers may not be brought inside the venue.
  
  • * Although bottled water is allowed, please do not throw the bottles onto the stage.
  • * You are permitted to bring bottled water to each block of the outdoor stage. However, all other beverages and food items are prohibited.

  Anybody that causes trouble, and/or ignores the instructions of staff members will be expelled from the venue and will not be issued refunds under any circumstances.
• 
  The organizers, artists and the venue will under no circumstances be held responsible for accidents or thefts occurring within or out of the venue.
• 
  Dangerous activities, such as diving and moshing, are strictly prohibited. Organizers will not be responsible for injuries suffered by way of negligence of personal safety. Although organizers will assist in providing first aid and arranging emergency services in case of injuries, we will not be responsible for the injuries. Furthermore, if such accidents involve a third party, all parties will be held responsible for an agreeable resolution. The organizers will be under no circumstances to intervene or to become involved in any resolution of the disagreement.

  You will be responsible for your own belongings. Please use the lockers or check-in facilities provided (you will be given a key if you rent a locker or number for the belonging you check-in at the belongings check-in facility). The organizers will not be responsible for any belongings lost due to misplacement of key or number for your belongings.
• 
  Any official merchandise sold at the venue may not be exchanged or returned after purchase (* In exception for defective items)
• 
  Please respect the communities in the vicinity of the venues, and refrain from parking illegally.
• 
  Please dispose of trash accordingly
• 
  Please use the smoking area while smoking
•  
• Please do not hurt the nature around the venue
•  
• Overnight camping in the vicinity of the venues is strictly prohibited.
•  
• If an emergency arises during the event, please ask the closest festival staff for further assistance.
•  
• Photographs and video clips of the audience may be publicly released.
•  
• With the exception of natural disasters, this event will take place in case of rain or shine. In the event of cancellation due to natural disasters, tickets will not be refunded.

• If and when this festival is cancelled or postponed, we will not be held responsible for any traveling fees.
